2. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. When you access it, technical data is collected automatically (IP address, date and time, page accessed, browser and operating system). This processing serves the secure provision of the website on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Log files are deleted automatically after a short period unless they are needed to investigate a security incident. A data processing agreement is in place with the provider.

3. Contact by phone and WhatsApp

If you call us or write to us via WhatsApp, we process your phone number and the content of your message in order to handle your enquiry (Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR). WhatsApp is a service of WhatsApp Ireland Ltd.; data may also be transferred to the USA. The transfer is based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (adequacy decision of the European Commission), under which the parent company Meta Platforms, Inc. is certified. If you do not want this, you can reach us by phone instead. We delete enquiries once they have been dealt with and no statutory retention obligations apply.

4. Cookies and tracking

The public pages of this website do not set any cookies and do not use any analytics, tracking or advertising services. All content is loaded from our own web space. Exception: in the password-protected area for tenants (“My room”) and in the administration area, technically necessary cookies are set after login to store the login and the selected language (Section 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG). The login cookie is deleted when logging out.

5. “Our ladies” page and tenant profiles

On the “Our ladies” page, tenants who wish to do so show their presence and voluntarily publish a stage name, a short text and a photo. This is based on their explicit consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) and Art. 9 (2) (a) GDPR). Photos are reduced in size when uploaded and stripped of metadata such as location data. We review every change to the content before it is published. Consent can be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future; for this purpose, the tenant can delete her profile herself at any time in the “My room” area. It is then immediately removed from the website and deleted from the server. We delete the profile at the latest when the tenancy ends.

6. Link to Google Maps

Using the “Plan your route” button, you can open our location in Google Maps (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). This is a simple link; no map is embedded on our website. Only when you click the link do you leave our website, and Google’s privacy policy then applies.

7. Fonts

This website uses the standard fonts installed on your device. No fonts are loaded from external servers.

8. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). You may withdraw any consent given at any time with effect for the future. To do so, please use the contact details above.

9. Right to lodge a complaint
